Rental Rates, Terms and Conditions

Mukima House is open all year round

Please note that Mukima House requires a minimum of 4 guests for a 3 night stay (Christmas season differs). Mukima House consists of 4 large double and 3 twin rooms all of which are ensuite, 2 reception rooms, a TV room, a study/library, games room, tennis court, swimming pool and sauna.

The rental rates are charged per person, per night in US$. Check in time is 3:30pm and check out is 11:00am.

Airport Transfers

Our vehicle will collect you from the Nanyuki airstrip. Reservations for connecting flights from Nairobi can be organised through our office.

Reservations, Confirmations & Cancellations

Please contact our office with your requested dates and we will advise you on availability. An invoice will be forwarded to you and your booking confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit of the rent quoted. After sending the invoice, we allow for two weeks to receive the deposit.  If we do not hear anything after two weeks, we will be obliged to give the dates out to the next request.

On receipt of your 25% deposit, we will send you a confirmation and a statement. The balance of the rental is due 45 calendar days before your arrival in Nanyuki.

Cancellation fees are 25% up to 45 days before arrival, 75% up to 21 days before arrival and 100% after 21 days before arrival.
